If you wish to pay for pre-paid treatments via AfterPay please call us on (02) 66809911 to make payment over the phone or come in and see us to pay in-clinic.
All pre-paid treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Packages must be used within the validity period. Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and are not refundable or extendable.
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or retail products.
Packages are valid only for the specific treatments purchased and cannot be substituted for alternative treatments or services.
All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability, and practitioner approval at the time of each appointment.
Treatments involving prescription-only medicines require medical consultation and prescription approval prior to each treatment session.
Purchase of a pre-paid package does not guarantee treatment, as clinical suitability must be confirmed at each visit.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of a treatment session in accordance with clinic cancellation policies.
Pre-paid packages cannot be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless otherwise stated.
Package pricing is based on the time of purchase and is not affected by future price increases or decreases.
Packages are valid only at Byron Medi Spa and must be redeemed by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
