    If you wish to pay for pre-paid treatments via AfterPay please call us on (02) 66809911 to make payment over the phone or come in and see us to pay in-clinic.

    All pre-paid treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    • Packages must be used within the validity period. Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and are not refundable or extendable.

    • Pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or retail products.

    • Packages are valid only for the specific treatments purchased and cannot be substituted for alternative treatments or services.

    • All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability, and practitioner approval at the time of each appointment.

    • Treatments involving prescription-only medicines require medical consultation and prescription approval prior to each treatment session.

    • Purchase of a pre-paid package does not guarantee treatment, as clinical suitability must be confirmed at each visit.

    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of a treatment session in accordance with clinic cancellation policies.

    • Pre-paid packages cannot be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless otherwise stated.

    • Package pricing is based on the time of purchase and is not affected by future price increases or decreases.

    • Packages are valid only at Byron Medi Spa and must be redeemed by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Byron Medi Spa reserves the right to amend or discontinue pre-paid packages at any time.
