30 Mar COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Clinic Closure – What this means to our Clients.
It was with great sadness that as of midnight on the 25th of March, ByronMediSpa had to temporarily close its doors in line with the government Covid-19 lockdown policy. Char and I understood that this was an essential requirement to ensure the health and well being of our clients and our local community in the fight against the spread of COVID-19.
When will ByronMediSpa re – open?
We will re-open as soon as the Australian Government advised it is safe to do so.
I had an appointment booked, do I need to cancel it?
If you had an appointment booked in the next few days and week, this will automatically be cancelled. All appointments will be cancelled on a weekly basis until the Australian Government advises us to re-open. You will not lose any planned treatments due to the cancellations. All treatments will continue as planned.
I have a Pre-paid package, can I get a refund?
We have agreed that there will be no expiry dates on any pre-paid packages. This means you can pick up and rebook your treatments as soon as we re-open or at your earliest convenience at a later date, without having to worry about losing out on any treatments. Refunds will not be available at this time in line with the ACCC guidelines. What will happen if I miss my laser hair removal or laser pigment treatments?
Please be reassured that any results you have already achieved will not be reversed. It will however, delay any further results until we can recommence your treatment plan. Once we reopen we will be able to advise about getting back on track with your treatments.
We will let you know through our website and Social media as soon as the Australian Government advises us it is safe to open. We will see you soon.
